Over time, minerals in the water can build up inside your machine. Cleaning helps remove these deposits as part of regular care. Changing the filter, routine E-Cleaning and deep cleaning each have a different role.

A few things you may want to know
How do I know if my machine needs deep cleaning?
Tell us the model, how you use it and when it was last cleaned. Enagic recommends periodic deep cleaning as part of machine care. The right timing depends on your model, local water conditions and maintenance history.
Do I still need routine E-Cleaning?
Yes. Continue the regular care recommended for your model between visits. Deep cleaning does not replace routine cleaning or filter replacement.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Have your machine model, full address and preferred time ready, and tell us about any issues. We may need access to water, drainage, power and space to work around the machine. We will confirm this with you beforehand.
Will you confirm the price before visiting?
Yes. The estimated cleaning fee is RM200–RM300, depending on location and distance. Any filters, replacement parts or repairs are quoted separately and agreed with you first.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send the form?
Sending the form lets us know you would like a visit. We will contact you to confirm availability, the price and a suitable time. Your appointment is confirmed once we have agreed on the details together.
