Quality management
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a widely used quality-management standard. An independent certification body audits the management system against its requirements, including documented processes and continual improvement. Enagic’s certificate covers the design, development, manufacture, distribution, repair and maintenance activities listed in the document. For you, it provides a checkable reference for how quality is managed throughout those activities.

ISO 14001 provides a framework for managing an organisation’s environmental responsibilities. It supports a systematic approach to environmental impacts, resource use, waste and continual improvement. Enagic’s certificate identifies the covered activities and facilities, including the Osaka factory and the sites in its appendix. It helps you assess the environmental-management system behind the manufacturing operation.

ISO 13485 is a quality-management standard for medical devices, with an emphasis on controlled processes, documentation and traceability. The linked Nemko certificate names Enagic Co., Ltd. and covers the design, manufacture, sales, servicing and distribution of electrolysis water generators for medical use. It describes the quality system within that scope, rather than the benefits of drinking water.

TÜV Rheinland is an independent testing and inspection organisation. The linked document records an inspection of Enagic International’s manufacturing facility, including its quality-assurance system, test procedures and internal records. It states that internal quality control and necessary testing were demonstrated for products approved by TRLP and produced at the named facility.
Historical document: inspection on 13 March 2025. It states validity until the next scheduled inspection or up to 12 months. This file does not establish current certification as of 26 October 2026.

Enagic’s corporate information describes its membership of the US Direct Selling Association (DSA) and Enagic EU’s membership of Direct Selling Europe. These industry organisations emphasise ethical selling and consumer-oriented business practices. Their role concerns how business is conducted, separate from the manufacturing standards above.
A milestone in the company’s industry history: the linked Direct Selling News Global 100 award lists Enagic USA, Inc. at number 60 in 2011. This is a record of that year’s recognition, not a current DSA membership certificate.
