Who we are.
Kangen Wellness Hub (“KWH”) is committed to making kangenwellnesshub.com accessible to people with disabilities. We serve users in Malaysia and Singapore and welcome feedback to improve accessibility for all.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website lets people with disabilities browse, understand, and interact with content with the same ease and enjoyment as other visitors—using assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, magnifiers, voice control) and adaptive settings (e.g., keyboard navigation, high contrast, captions).

 
Accessibility standard & status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our site is under continuous improvement and periodic audit.

 
Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have implemented (or are implementing) the following:

  • Semantic HTML structure and logical heading order (H1–H6)

  • Consistent navigation, skip-to-content link, and full keyboard operability

  • Visible focus indicators and adequate color contrast (meets AA where feasible)

  • Alt text for informative images; decorative images marked appropriately

  • Descriptive link text and meaningful button labels

  • Form labels, input instructions, error messaging, and ARIA where needed

  • Page language attributes and accessible names for icons/controls

  • Captions on published videos; transcripts provided or available on request

  • Responsive layout supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content/function

  • Accessible tables, list markup, and document reading order

  • Titles for iframes/embeds; avoidance of autoplaying media

 
Ongoing improvements / roadmap

  • Add captions to all legacy videos and provide transcripts for webinars

  • Audit PDFs and replace with accessible HTML or tagged PDFs

  • Expand alt text coverage in older blog posts and galleries

 
Partial compliance due to third-party content

Some pages rely on third-party components that we do not fully control. These may have accessibility limitations:

  • Wix/hosted templates and plugins (layout widgets)

  • Embedded YouTube videos (player controls)

  • WhatsApp chat widget and social media embeds

  • External payment / Enagic links and documents

We monitor these integrations and seek accessible alternatives where possible.

 
Accessibility arrangements in the organization

  • We provide assistance by email, phone, or WhatsApp for product information, booking demos, and accessing documents in alternative formats (plain text, large print, or tagged PDF).

  • Upon request, we can schedule a phone or Zoom walkthrough of key pages or send information by email/SMS.

  • Training for our content editors covers headings, alt text, link purpose, and contrast checks.

 
Compatible browsers & assistive tech

This site is tested on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, and with common assistive technologies (screen readers and keyboard navigation). Older browsers or heavily customized setups may experience issues.
