Who fulfils your order
Most orders are fulfilled and delivered by Enagic® Malaysia (and/or Enagic® Singapore) or their authorized logistics partners. Kangen Wellness Hub (“KWH”) coordinates scheduling, tracking and after-sales support.
Where we ship

Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) and Singapore.

We currently don’t ship to P.O. boxes or restricted addresses.
-
International shipping is not offered unless stated in writing.
Processing times
-
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

If installation is required (e.g., Kangen Water® machines), scheduling with you may add 2–5 business days depending on location and technician availability.
Estimated delivery times

Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan): 5–10 working days

Singapore: 3–7 working days
Actual times may vary due to stock, courier routes, public holidays, or force majeure.
Shipping fees

Fees are shown at checkout or on your invoice/confirmation.

Larger items (machines/Anespa) may have special handling or installation fees disclosed before you confirm.

Promotional “free shipping” applies only when explicitly offered.
Tracking & notifications

You’ll receive an order confirmation and, when available, a tracking link or delivery appointment message.

Some installations are technician-scheduled and may not show live tracking.
Split shipments & availability
-
Items in the same order may ship separately (e.g., machine + filters).

Backorders/pre-orders: we’ll email the expected arrival window and options to wait, swap, or refund.
Delivery requirements
-
Please ensure someone is present to receive/inspect the parcel.

Couriers typically attempt 1–2 deliveries; missed deliveries may incur re-delivery/storage fees.

For installations, ensure access to the sink/tap area and basic utilities.
Inspection, damage & missing items

Inspect packages on delivery.

Report damage, defects or missing items within 48 hours to thekangenwellnesshub@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the packaging/product, and a short description.

Keep all packaging until your case is resolved. We’ll coordinate with Enagic/couriers for replacement or remedy.
Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before dispatch. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible or may incur a fee.
Duties & taxes

Orders within Malaysia and Singapore include applicable local taxes as reflected on your invoice.

Any special local surcharges (remote area, building access, etc.) will be advised before delivery.
Service parts & accessories
-
Filters, cartridges and small parts are shipped by standard courier.
-
Lead times may differ from machines; we’ll notify you if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Service interruptions (force majeure)
Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics, customs inspections, system outages) do not constitute a breach. We’ll keep you updated and work to deliver as quickly as possible.
