• ⚠️ VOID mark appears after removal Once the hologram sticker is peeled off or tampered with, the word “VOID” will appear on the box. This is a clear sign that the product may have been opened, resold or used.

3. No support from Enagic® for unofficial purchases Enagic has clearly stated that they will not be responsible for any issues from items bought through unauthorized resellers or unverified platforms.

4. No proper education and follow up A genuine Enagic® distributor does more than sell a filter. They educate you on maintenance, machine care, cleaning schedules and how to get the best from your system. A random online seller usually does not.
   

For something as important as your family’s drinking water, the safest choice is always to buy through official channels and trusted distributors.

How To Protect Yourself: Simple Checklist Before You Buy

Whenever you purchase a replacement filter, use this checklist:

1. Always ask for the Distributor ID

   • Make sure you are buying from a registered Enagic® distributor.

   • A genuine distributor will have a Distributor ID and will not hesitate to share it.

2. Check that the filter box has a hologram sticker

   • The hologram must be present, intact and not partially peeled.

   • The sticker should not look re-glued or damaged.

3. Look for the VOID mark

   • If the sticker has been removed or tampered with, the word “VOID” will appear on the box.

   • If you see “VOID”, do not accept or install the filter.

4. Compare with official prices

   • If the price is significantly lower than RM500 (FC1) or RM361 (HG-Old), be very careful.

   • Extremely cheap prices often come with hidden risks.

5. Buy only from trusted, recommended sources
