Regular maintenance helps extend your machine’s lifespan and ensures consistent performance for your family’s health and peace of mind. During the visit, we will: Conduct deep internal cleaning and mineral removal Check and optimize water flow, pH levels, and electrolysis performance Inspect filters, hoses, and fittings for wear or leaks Provide practical guidance on daily care and maintenance schedules First-time service clients: To help us prepare, please send a photo or short video showing how your Kangen system is currently installed (including the faucet connection and surrounding area). Cancellation Policy
On-site Deep Cleaning – Booking Policy To ensure smooth and efficient service, please take note of the following: Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance to allow proper preparation and technician allocation. Photo/Video Requirement (First-Time Clients): For first-time service, please send a photo or short video of your Kangen Water System’s current installation (including faucet connection and machine location) to help our technician prepare the correct tools and cleaning setup. Service Duration: The deep cleaning process typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Please ensure someone is present at the location during this time. Cancellation / Rescheduling: Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a small service fee. Payment: Full payment is required before or upon service completion. Digital receipts will be provided. Safety & Warranty: Only authorized technicians from Kangen Wellness Hub are allowed to perform internal cleaning to maintain product warranty and system integrity.
